Delete your account.
RallyCade, the camera cricket game by Mystico, saves your career to a private player ID. You can delete it at any time, in the app or by email, on iPhone, iPad and Android.
In the app
Connected with Apple or Google: open Settings → RallyCade account → Delete account, then sign in again to confirm.
Playing as a guest: open Settings → Delete guest career data.
Deletion happens straight away and needs no message to us.
Without the app
Email mysticoai2025@gmail.com with the subject “RallyCade account deletion”, and name the Apple or Google account you connected to RallyCade. We confirm and delete it within 30 days. A guest career that was never connected to Apple or Google is not linked to anything we can look up, so delete it in the app before uninstalling.
What is deleted
Your Firebase sign-in identity and your RallyCade career: XP, coins, levels, Cups, kits, title, profile, invitation links and the links to your purchases, including guest progress that was merged into the account.
What is kept, and for how long
Store transaction records, without any link to your account, are kept while needed to process subscription changes and to stop invalid purchases being replayed. A one-way hash of the deleted sign-in stops an old credential from recreating the profile. Service logs are deleted after 7 days, feedback logs after 90 days, and an unlinked invitation record after 90 days. Reports already received by Google Analytics or Crashlytics follow those services' retention settings.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: manage it in your Apple Account or Google Play. Scorecards saved on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
