Ahaar for Android stores food preferences, optional planning goals and weight, saved ideas, custom recipes and selected recipe photos in private storage on your device. The Android app has no internet permission, analytics SDK or developer-operated sync service. Its content, dish photos and text-recognition model are bundled for offline use.

Photo selection uses Android’s system picker. Taking a photo opens your camera app when you choose that action. Recipe text recognition runs on your device; Ahaar does not upload your photos or recognized recipe text. You choose whether to share a recipe or transfer file and which app or person receives it.

Daily reminders are optional. Android requests notification permission when you enable them, and optional precise-alarm access controls their timing. Reminder times remain on your device. You can disable reminders in Preferences or change permissions in Android Settings.

Deleting Ahaar removes its private Android data. It does not remove files you exported, photos saved elsewhere or feedback you submitted. Android does not use iCloud; compatible transfer files let you move data between platforms.

Food preferences, avoided ingredients, ratings, saved ideas, custom recipes and suggestion history are stored on your device, with optional sharing described below. Older backups may contain retired planning settings and logs. We do not include these meal or health details in custom analytics or crash reports.

Deleting the app removes its locally stored information. It does not erase reports already received by Google.

On iPhone and iPad, if you enable iCloud sync, your saved Ahaar data is synchronized through your Apple account under Apple’s terms. We do not operate a meal-data sync server. If you explicitly export or transfer data, including by AirDrop, the recipient receives the copy you choose to share. Removing the app does not erase separately synchronized or exported copies.

Opening a recipe video or another external link sends you to the selected website or app, which processes that visit under its own privacy terms.

On iOS and the web, when Share usage analytics is on, Google Analytics for Firebase receives fixed action and screen names, bounded counts and durations, app version, operating system and device information, language, a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, and approximate region inferred from the internet connection. Automatic events describe launches, sessions, and engagement. We use these reports to understand feature use, retention, and reliability. This Google metrics collection does not apply to Android.

These metrics are associated with an app installation; they are not a promise of anonymous data. We do not send names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, health details, or other private user content in our custom events.

On iOS, when Share crash reports is on, Google Firebase Crashlytics receives crash stack traces, technical app and device state, installation identifiers, and diagnostic session information. When both settings are on, recent analytics events may appear as crash breadcrumbs. We use these reports to diagnose failures and improve reliability.

On the web, Share diagnostics sends fixed technical error codes through Google Analytics when usage sharing is also on. It does not send private content or native crash stack traces.

We do not attach user-entered text, user IDs, URLs, or raw error descriptions to custom diagnostics. Reports are technical diagnostics, not screen recordings.

Feedback is optional and requires no account. Only your message is required; category, screenshot and reply email are optional. When you submit, Tally sends the message and anything you attach to the Ahaar team. Submission notifications go to our support inbox.

The form receives technical context automatically: platform, app version and build, screen and entry point, operating system, device or browser, language, display size, appearance, text size where available and connection status. Reports about built-in recipes also include the public recipe name and ID. Dietary preferences, saved history, custom recipe names and contents, search text, precise location and installation identifiers are not attached automatically.

Opening the form makes an ordinary web request to Tally, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Context is included in the form URL. On Android, the form opens in your browser outside Ahaar. Feedback is separate from the Google metrics switches and is sent only when you choose to submit. On iOS you can turn off Shake to send feedback in Preferences.

We use feedback to improve Ahaar and reply when you provide an email. Submissions remain in our Tally workspace until we delete them; deleting the app does not delete a submitted report. Contact us for a deletion request. See Tally’s terms and privacy information.

Turn off Share usage analytics, Share crash reports on iOS or Share diagnostics on the web in Preferences > Health, privacy & support. The app preserves each choice separately across launches and updates. Core features continue working with both off.

Turning usage sharing off stops future analytics collection and resets locally stored Analytics data and its app-instance identifier. Turning crash sharing off stops automatic uploads and requests deletion of unsent crash reports. These actions do not erase reports already received by Google.

Google processes these data through Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics to provide usage and reliability reports. Retention depends on the configured service settings. Contact us below for privacy questions or requests concerning previously collected information.

We use the SDK without advertising-identifier collection, disable vendor-identifier collection, and disable advertising consent. We do not sell these data, use them for advertising, create advertising profiles, or join identities across apps.

Apple provides download, usage, and diagnostic reports through App Store Connect and Xcode under Apple’s own privacy terms and user sharing choices. Apple’s reporting is independent of the Google sharing switches in this app.

This policy and the support page are hosted on mysticoai.com. Visiting these pages is separate from using Ahaar and involves ordinary web-hosting request logs and website analytics. Those website records are not linked to information in the app.

Versions earlier than 1.0.9 do not include this Google metrics rollout. The new collection described above begins only after you install a metrics-enabled version, including TestFlight builds.
